Yes! You will never be charged a fee for any of Arrow Senior Care services.  We have contracts with every vetted home in our area, and receive a small referral fee if when we successfully place a resident in their facility.

Arrow Senior Care’s goal is to personally walk through and vet each home and community.  However, in the rare occasion that we cannot find availability within our network, we will reach out to our trusted senior care colleagues for recommendations.  We also utilize the state licensing information to review up to date survey results and potential citations, so you can rest assured that you’ve found a quality senior living facility.

Absolutely!  We encourage you to tour each option before making a decision.  An Arrow Senior Care Resource Specialist will be happy to accompany you to any and all tours.

It all depends on your unique circumstance.  Some clients are in a crisis and need to find a place for their loved one within 24 hours while other clients are in the discovery process. We can move as fast, or as slow as your needs dictate.

No.  Under the CA state RCFE license (Residential Care Home For the Elderly) each agreement is month to month and you are never bound to a contract lease.  You typically must give a 30 day notice, unless there is a change in condition in the resident where the community or home can no long provide the proper level of care.  If a hospice resident passes away then the rent is prorated for only the amount of time that the room is occupied.

It’s no problem at all, we are always here when you need us!

If you’ve already selected a home however, every community or home works differently.  Most communities or homes will have a deposit worked in their one time community fee. If you change your mind and do not move your loved one in the home then you will be out your deposit.  If you have already moved your loved one in and they change their mind and wish to leave, you are only on a month to month basis.

Each community or home has a staff of caregivers who provide the daily care.  Caregivers are licensed and must complete a certain amount of education and training hours each year.  A few communities have LVNs on their care team as well and are licensed to provide services such as insulin injections.

Arrow Senior Care provides service to clients throughout Orange County, California.  However, if you or your loved one are looking outside the Orange County service area then Arrow Senior Care will be happy to connect you with a trusted advisor in your area.

There is a required physicians report (602 form) that must be completed along with an up to date TB test before move in can occur.  The physicians report form can be found on our resource page.  Arrow Senior Care can work with your physician to complete the form and schedule the TB test.
